What is "wellness"? It is whatever helps you live more fully, more mindfully, more joyfully. Wellness is sometimes a higher level, or a removal of an obstacle. It could mean strength training for recovery from a knee replacement. It could mean a relaxing recovery session after a stressful work week. Perhaps its getting stronger so you can walk longer on your next vacation! Check out our services - all research-backed for real, safe results.

Live training is offered for a personal touch. When you want more accountability, support, and a workout "buddy" to make exercise more fun. I'll bring the plan and we'll build new and better habits together!

Minimum 4-week contract, paid in advance. Investment starts at $600 for your first 4 weeks. This includes all aspects of "Get Started" Custom Exercise plan ($200), and weekly personal training on location (one 60-minute session per week, $100 per session: includes preparation, drive time and coaching). Other options available; please inquire.

This is an opportunity to improve your technique with strength training. I will analyze technique and assist in improving your outcomes through better form! If you don't need weekly training, but would like guidance getting started with your plan, we can do as-needed training in person at this rate.
